Using the bot

• You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Server owners and administrators are responsible for how the bot is used on their server, including how they inform their members.
• Do not use the bot to harass, spam, break the law, or overload it (for example by automated command flooding).
• Do not try to attack, reverse-engineer for abuse, or bypass limits or Premium restrictions.

Premium

• Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features and higher limits for one server.
• Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Discord under its own rules.
• Premium features and limits may change. If Premium ends, free limits apply again. Existing data is kept, but items above the free limits may stop working until you are under the limit.

Availability

The bot is provided "as is". We try to keep it online and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features can change or be removed.

Moderation and bans

We may remove the bot from a server or block a user or server that breaks these terms or abuses the service.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost data. You are responsible for your server's rules and for actions taken by your moderators with the bot.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the bot after a change, you accept the new version.
